He was on time, did a good job. Door works fine.
The repair rep was on time and that is always refreshing. He finished the repairs quickly and was professional and friendly.
Did it right, hit a home run. Very quick to respond.
The problem was identified quickly and explained in detail to me. The best solution was to replace the opener which was completed in about an hour or so. Brad did a great job and was very courteous at all times. Everything was left clean and the door operating very efficiently and a lot more quiet than it has ever been.
Called right away. Kept in touch when he would be a little late for the appointment. When he was here he expertly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then cleaned and re-lubed all the moving parts. Opener works now and is quieter than before.
The Pro came with informative information and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful service! They came out the same week I called, to install a new garage door opener. Lisa called from the office when the serviceman was going to be a few minutes late. Then, Brad called himself. Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. Brad demoed how to use the new opener and explained all the details. He's a very friendly, professional guy.
