This has been my dentist for 25 years. The staff are fantastic, especially Lisa(I think that’s her name) who manages reception. When I arrived for my appointment, neither dentist had arrived. She managed patient expectations professionally and with empathy. Disappointed with the dentist running 25 minutes late, but he did apologise.
So after nearly 25 years at this dentist I arrived for my annual appointment and there was no one on site . Cupboards left open and filthy chairs. 20 mins later a lady turned up to say there were no appointments in for 9am and that my dentist had left and I should have been notified . I will now be looking for another dentist . Very disappointed.
One of the best. Staff are so friendly, helpful, reassuring and caring. As a dentist avoider it takes a lot for me to actually go and keep going to a dentist but the team at Precision Dental are just amazing. Highly recommend
