All I can say is Dr. Dave is a life saver! I have to be honest, it's hard at first, but if your sick and tired of being labeled "Morbidly Obese", and have multiple health issues like I do (sleep apnea,A-Fib(irregular heartbeat),legs retaining so much water my skin was splitting, falling asleep at work, driving, waking up w/headaches) I could go on and on.
