Absolute disgrace, after 9 months they haven't even visited the property. Very hard to get hold of, ignore emails. They hit people with ridiculous fines for late payment even if you are paying them, they don't have a clue what's going on.
This company is trying to charge me for rent from 10 years ago. Terrible company no customer consideration at all, Robbers just wants your money.
