Jerky capital of Texas! But jerky isn't the only thing that's great here. Anything you buy from this store that is homemade is guaranteed to be amazing!!! It's a must going & coming home!!!

I would rate this wonderful business at way more than 5 stars! The food here is excellent! I look forward to trips to Houston just to stop at Prasek's. And what they do for our Veterans for Warrior's Weekend is amazing, loving and patriotic!! I am proud of the owners and workers for this and for keeping it a great place to visit and eat some of the best barbecue in Texas! <3
Prasek's is my first stop of Houston headed toward. While everyone else stops at the lovable furry rodent, I have found that the place with the mascot that looks like Gumby is my favorite. Be sure to try their smoked cheese.
My pit stop every trip I can. Brisket sandwiches are the bomb!!
