The brisket was very tender and good. I enjoyed the pea salad as well. Lots of different things to purchase, it was a great stop to make on my journey home.

3 words: jerky, jerky, jerky <3 My favorite is the red pepper, followed by black pepper, and then the Cajun turkey <3 Native Texan currently trapped in Detroit, Michigan. My family is from Victoria, TX and every time I visit, I make sure to road trip it to El Campo!! <3
We love this place! It is our favorite pit stop when traveling to South Texas. Peppered smoked tenderloin and Turkey jerky(peppered) our favorites.
Chicken was very good. Ribs needed to be a little more tender but they were still good. Side dishes excellent. A great place to stop on the road
Yummy!! Everything I ordered was DELICIOUS! 2 meat plate: Brisket and sausage, buttered potatoes and green beans. So much food! Tons of leftovers. I ordered more Greenbeens to take home! Best Jerky too! Peppered Bison!!! Yum!!
To expensive, to drive out from Houston, and pay those prices, It's been a good 20 years, since I've been out there and would pay about 8 bucks for a pound of jerky compared to the now 25 bucks a pound, might as well stay in town and go to Bucky's!
