I just want to shout out your associate Holly at your new Sealy location. I forgot my credit card and had exactly $4.70 to get gas to get me back to Katy after a long day of work. Holly stopped and asked me "do you have enough to get you home?" I said yes but I was so thankful and I appreciate that she even asked such a thoughtful question. Stopped by there for the first time and we ordered food but it hella confusing: order here, pay there *points over there*, pick up food here, to-go orders...bag over there, you know where you paid, silverware....way over there..see....no?..*points* oooh you mean, hidden! *snarls* staff was underwhelmed. Thank God the food was good.
The girl taking the orders for the food was not very helpful or knowledgeable about the menu at all. I asked her a question and she answered, " i dont know" that is.not the right answer at all. I am a very understanding person, but that irritates me. What she should have said is let me find out for u.
