My favorite part of working out is the swimming pool. It was nice and warm so it was comfortable to workout in. I was able to swim 1600 yards and it is my favorite thing to do.

Brand new member (two weeks). Yesterday I lost my keys and every employee I approached stopped what they were doing to help me look for them! (Found them). We've been to some great classes, love the track, and this place is CLEAN! Very positive experience so far.
It's like this folks. I don't even live here (Colorado Springs). I'm a traveling Piano Comic and play at Blue Moon Dueling Piano Bar monthly (I truly love Des Moines). So I needed a gym. And I LOVE IT so much I bought a membership! That should say something but there's more.
