schrecklich!!!!! Leider kann ich diese Klinik überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Nach der Online-Beratung sind sie praktisch verschwunden. Obwohl ich mit ihnen einen Vertrag unterschreiben und die Behandlung fortsetzen wollte, wurden meine E-Mails nach dem ersten Online-Erstgespräch nicht mehr beantwortet. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen war niemand erreichbar oder hat reagiert. Aus diesem Grund habe ich schließlich eine andere Klinik gefunden. Daher kann ich diese Klinik leider nicht weiterempfehlen
Before choosing this clinic, I compared several clinics in Prague. I ultimately selected this one because the pricing and the range of tests I needed were exactly what I was looking for. The clinic's manager sent me a price list by email, and based on those prices, I decided to book an appointment and travel to Prague. On the day of my appointment, everything went smoothly until it was time to pay. I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The service was efficient, and I truly appreciated the kindness and attention I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. Tanja was min coordinator, she is really good answer me always very fast and helpful all the time.
