I had a total knee replacement on 24/7/25. I honestly don't know where to start with the PRAISE , the admin booking in team, the receptionists,canteen staff ,cleaning staff, day surgery ward staff,the main ward staff the anesthetists and all the theatre staff and finally the surgeons all these people who work at the hospital are outstanding, the care they gave me was 2nd to none, nothing was to much for them which helped me to feel relaxed and positive about my surgery. From start to finish the team were brilliant. They made me feel calm and relaxed during the procedure, provided me with reassurance and gave excellent care afterwards. Thankyou for such a pleasant experience for a very anxious patient.

June 2025 - Practice Plus Hospital Plymouth gave me exemplary care, and I genuinely could not give them higher praise, it was fantastic from start to finish. Everywhere was clean, the staff were so kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble and I was looked after at every stage. I had a total left hip replacement. Every member of staff went out of their way to look after me both before and afterwards, if they offered to go and get me something like pain relief or even a glass of water then they did as promised.
