Very very very unprofessional! We had a van booked which got cancelled 2 days before our move over email! No apology or explanation nothing just a refund. I then left a review as I wasn’t happy but my partner called back and managed to sort another van. I then deleted my review. They have then called back up today cancelled our booking and then ignored our calls all because of the review which I instantly took down once the situation was sorted. Brilliant, one of the easiest van rentals I've ever had, very friendly service from Rahman, luton van was in great condition, well priced, professional service, not a single thing to improve. Will be my first choice for rentals in the future
