Extremely disappointing experience with the van rental team. I was quoted a van for a job initially and I sent my license even though I was not asked by the member of the team. One day before the rental, the member of the team told me that my license was invalid for the rental. I had to shift my home to Belfast, the whole world came crashing down for me. I arranged a last minute rental with Elliots Car and Van rental, they were a lifesaver and also surprisingly cheaper. Would not recommend practical car and van rental
