I rented a van from this company to move house. Over the last few years I've rented a lot of vans from several different companies. This was one of the best experiences. The staff were friendly and helpful. The van itself wasn't the usual 'lowest spec, beaten up' model - it had a modern interface, and driver aids that really helped whilst driving a large vehicle along country roads.
