We always received excellent and kind care from the doctors here! They were very open to working with us and listening to our concerns/desires, and they were always so excited to see our little one! We highly recommend Practical Approach!
We were really nervous about our son's dental procedure and having to do sedation, but as usual the Dr. Mrs. was wonderful!!! Everything went smoothly and she made Caleb at ease. I was shocked at how well he did! The Dr. Mr. even took a second to say hi! This place is wonderful!!
worst clinic ever.rude front desk and appointment clerk.only see ur kid when convenient to them.dr never available.will kick u out of they're clinic if you say anything thy don't like.
The Doctor threw myself and my 3 year old out of his office and told me to go find another doctor because I called him out on his contradictions. I did not expect him to get so in my face while I was holding my daughter in my arms. I did not follow his regimen of putting my daughter on Zyrtec indefinitely because he diagnosed her with allergies without doing a thorough test. WORST doctors office ever! the staff is so RUDE, spoke with a girl Bianca to schedule my daughters wellness appointment and she told me the system was in her terms "locked" due to missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules. Which i have never cancelled or missed an appointment and that she didnt know when the system would be available to give her access to schedule, pretty much scripting or sugar coating that i would have to find a different doctor for my child, which in the end she said that.
