The office is clean and the staff is pleasant and personable. We wanted to stay but it was too far of a drive for us to be turned away on different occasions without being seen. Communication with patients is a definite area needed for improvement. RecommendedThe doctor is wonderful! I went for a COVID test and my husband went the following day. I can not say enough good things about this place in a short time. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He’s a doctor that actually listens to you and cares. I would definitely go back with my kids!
I do not recommend this practice, in the beginning both my children were seen by the MD and everything was fine but then I noticed that I was being introduced to a new NP every 3 months.They made my daughter an appointment for her ADD knowing they couldn’t prescribe any medication because they didn’t have the correct licensure to prescribe controlled substances. Very fast to be seen and great staff.
I can’t say enough about this practice. I was lucky enough to find them when I first moved here and after having my second child, I am even more grateful to have found them. I recently moved across town and will gladly make the 40 minute drive! Everybody is exceptional, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have been a part of this practice since they first opened. The care USED to be great, not anymore. The doctors seemed to really care about their patients; now, you barely see their faces. In the last year, we've had two separate emergencies, and tried using the urgent care line. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. We ended up at Texas Med Clinic, both times, and their after care and follow up is amazing. Not a single person from Practical Approach checked on us. We found Dr Adetona in a provider book 3 years ago while pregnant and even though we hadn’t met him yet I got the feeling he would be a great doctor for us ! since the day he came to check on baby at the hospital the day she was born we have been clients ever since. We have since had another baby and he is also her doctor as well! Great staff and very well organized ! His wife is an amazing dentist she is straight forward but caring at the same time we love her also ! Thank you guys for always looking out for our girls !!!!!
