we were supposed to have our windows and sliding door installed on Oct 3rd, but a day before, a female staff called and left a message telling us they can't do it and would like to reschedule for the following week. My husband called and left messages, also called the main line but nobody called us back. I thought it's irresponsible not to at least try to reach us to reschedule installation date. It's been 2 weeks but we still have not heard from them yet. This is just bad, bad service. Ophelia

Got done on time. Sent 10 men to do the roofing job. Very courteous, hard workers. Cleanup was excellent. Fixed issues in a timely manner.

My scheduled appointment was on Oct 8th @ 9am. The 3 man 1 woman crew arrived on time. I hired 2 people to assist with moving my furniture and window coverings. The crew prepped each room for the install. The lead person on the crew 'Julian' examined the security bars on my windows and informed me that he could take the bars off and install the windows but could not replace the security bars. I got a bow window installed in November of 2013. I noticed a problem with one of the panes and the response from Power was MAGNIFICENT. I left a message and when they called me back they asked a few questions, told me what they had to do to resolve my issue and set the appointment. The person who did the work was at my home exactly when he was scheduled. Not only was he was efficient, he was also personable. I am a truly satisfied customer.

The company missed the first installation date due to a scheduling error even though I received a confirmation call the day prior. After having to wait four days for the new installation date, the team that arrived did not agree with the measurements previously taken by another colleague and did not believe the windows would fit. Finally decided to cancel the project completely after such a horrible experience. Once again, I regret hiring a company to do work, and did it with out reading prior customers' reviews. What a waste. POWER were sloppy, left construction materials in my yards. They used scraps and pieces of scraps to piece in where they should have used new materials vs scraps. Now I've got to TRY and contact them about rectifying what they did wrong. They quoted me roof install was to be two days 'at max'. They took 3 and a half days. Not a big deal you say? Try living with electric tools and hammering from 8 AM to 8 PM, ... read more

New roof completed in one day as promised!! Looks great. Fantastic job. The yard was cleaned up. No mess left behind! Very professional! I would highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the professionalism, timeliness, communication skills, detailed-orientation, and thoroughness of every member of the Power Home Remodeling team that I met, from the first "cold caller" that came to my door, to the quality control inspector who was at my house the day of the installation to make sure that I was satisfied with the work being performed.
