Replacing your home's windows can be a daunting and scary process. The process Power HRG followed start to finish, was easy and complete. Their windows are their own design and manufactured by them, not assembled elsewhere. We could already tell a difference in the sound and temperature in the first completed room. We will be using them for future projects (roofing, gutters, attic installation).

We elected siding, fascia, soffits and gutters. We were extremely pleased with the product, installation and the care the installers took to make our home look brand new. Our everything installer (excluding gutters), Andy, did everything alone and did it well. The gutters were made and installed quickly and also done well. The installer took great care with their work and were very respectful of us and our property. We also had good contact with the project manager. Great work and clean up. Only gave 4 stars because I have not received monies for boarding one of my dogs,like Power said they would do.

Prompt efficient clean. Lots of oversight with inspections of work with follow up inspection by supervisor. Good price on great windows with good financing options. They will be back to my house!

I have done 2 jobs with Power, windows and wood wrapping with gutters. Both jobs were done professionally with courteous hard working installers. Always have customer walk to view the project upon completion, without rushing, to be sure you are satisfied. Calls from Power prior, and after the job is done, are thorough leaving no questions. Highly satisfied.

I had a new roof installed on my house and detached garage. Power did an outstanding job and completed the work in one day. The roof looks great. The workers were very professional and worked steady and efficiently. When I saw the mess after the old shingles were stripped off I was a bit worried but didn't need to be. The crew did an amazing job of cleaning everything up when they were done. Today after waiting 4 months to have a defective center pane replaced they sent the wrong pane,Called on July 3rd, was scheduled for oct 3rd, they canceled on Sept 25th+ rescheduled for Oct 23rd, wrong window pane. Tried to call 5x, no answer . Finally spoke to someone who apologized and said someone will call me later today. This is not the service i expected or should have to deal with when they sell you on the warranty service!! Not a Happy Camper!!

I see mixed reviews, but I had a fairly large amount of work done. Most windows replaced accept the ones that will be removed in a future project. New gutters, Front door, Back Door and roof. That being said. Everything that I was told would happen did. Each project had a professional crew that cleaned up and installed everything to spec. I've used Power in the past years ago at a previous house and I'll continue to use them in the future. I needed them to come back and look at my windows cause the caulk was cracking.
