Fast, Efficient, Clean, Friendly. They came when they said they would come and within 30 minutes had most of the 17 old windows smashed out. They finished in four hours and 17 is a lot of windows. Very happy with their service

Not happy with my windows. Just had them installed on the 9th of October after waiting two weeks for the installation. Was scheduled on the 27th of September. After two weeks of them being installed I found the Front room, my dining room and my master bedroom windows leaking (30 Oct 2019). Still waiting on a resolution.

The Power crew was here just as at the time stated. the crew was fast and efficient. They were friendly and left no mess behind. I was told by the salesperson not only will these windows be heat efficient but also reduce the outside noise. He was correct! The house is much warmer and the outside noise has definitely been reduced. Very happy from start to finish

Our home is 63 yrs old and still had the original windows, Power replaced all the windows. If it’s your 1st remodeling job, don’t be surprised by the noise and dust and debris. Our crew was great very fast and professional. Noticed a big difference the first night in the temperature of the home. Can say enough how much we like our new windows

They're going to show you features that Pella has made exclusively for Power. You'll be shown how the windows will be double hung so they can open from the top or bottom, both top and bottom will tilt in for cleaning, and there will be extra nighttime latches. I recently had a roof put on my home. They inspected the attic, where they took pictures and found some major issues that I didn’t know were there, but pictures speak 1,000 words and this winter could’ve been disastrous for me. From beginning to end the level of professionalism was exemplary. They went over every detail with a fine tooth comb and explained everything. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. I thank everyone involved in this process for being such a blessing to me. The roof looks awesome and I couldn’t be happier.
