I really like doing business with Power. All employees with whom I have had contact have been very professional, extremely nice, and considerate of my home and belongings. There is no goofing around. They get here, know what they have to do, and do it. I have had to use my warranty once (not Power's fault), and everything was corrected immediately, without fuss. I have one more door to be installed in November. So looking forward to it.

I really like my new windows. They are everything that I was told they would be when I bought them. The installers were very polite and did a wonderful job. They made sure every window worked as it was designed to do. They also cleaned everything concerning the installation before they left. I am glad I purchased my windows from Power HRG. Nancy K****

Had some windows and sliding door replaced. Very happy with the process. From the original sales call through installation and QA follow up it was a positive experience. All employees were responsive and professional.

POWER did an excellent job on my homes windows. They were clean, efficient and easy to deal with. I got several quotes and POWER was right in the middle. The thing that sold me on them was the quality of their product and customer service. I recommend them and their install team.

I am really impressed with the speed and accuracy of the door/window installation. The only downside now is I have a few other items to take care of, including applying bird-safe decals to the sidelights (we are avid bird feeders, and two days after install I found a dead goldfinch that had tried to enter our house via the "invisible" side lights. I have the decals now and will apply them in better weather. Also, my wife complained that the sidelights left her feeling exposed to the outside world, so I'm having some special ... read more

I really like this company. They made my house look new again. They were very professional and they weren't pushy trying to sell their product. it sells itself. I will continue to use this company for any home improvements I need.

The workers were very professional and really nice. They did a great job and it was done very quickly. They knew what they were doing. They replaced the gutters around the entire house and they look great. What a difference it made in the look of the house! I’m glad we had the work done. More value to the house.

Second time customer. I replaced a draft window in my bathroom. What a difference. Not only were there no drafts, but the window looks nice. It is very easy to clean and I can open it with 1 finger. The crew was very professional and did the job in a few hours. I have a bay window that they installed about 8 years ago. The crank still operates as good as the day it was installed and the window looks great.
