Very pleased with Power Home Remodeling Group, LLC. The windows installed in my kitchen and repair work done here look fantastic. My picture window in the living room was replaced with a bow window and I love it. No more drafts and windows that open up a great deal. This company is very professional, they did the job in one day, cleaned everything up, and it looks like the windows were always there. Glad we chose them. JQ
The install was quick and painless.great installer. Cleaned up after. Even took time to fix something I didn't see from the first job.
Got a quote of double what is competitive in my area. I was getting estimates in my roof and gutters. A solicitor came up around the same time so I figured I would go for it what's the harm in an another quote. The man who cane to my house (in slacks and dress shoes, not a great sign for a contract company) tried to scare me into saying *I have to get a roof now!" I recently had 18 windows replaced in my home. People were shocked when I told them it was costing me $21,000, but the sales presentation blew me away! Only 2 men came to tear out the old windows and install the new ones, but they came when they said they would; and they completed the job in one day. I am very happy with how the windows look and work; and I have noticed that my house is staying cooler longer on hot days. The air conditioning has been running a lot less! About two years ago, we had Power replace the windows in our house and requested a specific window for the basement (I'm sorry, I can't remember the name right now). First, the company installed the wrong windows. The second, they again replaced the windows with again the wrong window. Finally, we thought we had the correct window replaced and had our house inspected to find, get this, THE WINDOW WAS THE WRONG WINDOW!! The wife and I had just purchased our home in New Braunfels, we were in Sam's club and were approached by two individuals and given the spill / sales pitch. I went ahead to see what they really had to offer as I was looking to get the roof replaced in the near future. Joseph came out as scheduled (didnt have gate code but made his way in) and just came in behind someone else. We had a 6 pm appointment and he was punctual. I had gutters replaced and windows replaced and was very please with the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am so pleased with the product I am going to have some more work done on my home by Power. I feel they have a quality product and stand by their work 100%. All the people were very nice and knowledgeable.
We had 39 windows replaced in a single day. The crew was extremely able to work in a steady rate, they never slowed down until done. very professional and experienced at their tasks. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to replace their windows. My wife is extremely happy with them.
