Power did a great job on my house. My only complaint is that the dumpster and material left in my driveway created a crack and just had my driveway repoured a year ago. House looks great though!
Power replaced our windows and sliding glass doors. The products are excellent and the installation crew is fast and professional. They also did a great job cleaning up.
My new bay windows are perfect, wish I had done it a long time ago. Power did an excellent job.
I had windows, leaders and gutters done. The workers that did the leaders and the windows were amazing - they left my property cleaner than it was before they got there. The gutters, however, were contracted to a third part, and even though they were very good, they did not clean up everything the way the Power employees did. I would definitely order from them again, but I will make sure they do not contract to a third party.
The crew arrived in a timely manner and proceeded to work immediately. They were all very professional and cleaned up after their work. Highly recommend the company and the windows we had installed.
Power was absolutely great to work with! The crew was on time and went straight to work! They completed the job in 6 hours for 14 windows and not one scrap of trash was left behind! We had a Project Manager and Construction Manager on site and the crew answered all our questions, I had a lot of questions as Texas construction is different than Northeastern construction. Power just finished a roof system on my home from the soffits up, including the gutter replacement. The did a professional and quality job so much so that I have decided to go with window replacements AND exterior vinyl on my entire house. I highly recommend power for any remodel experience one may be seeking.
Communication on all levels from PHRG was below average, not only poor communication from PHRG to home owners but also between all contractors. Project Manager performance was exceedingly poor. There was no QA completed by the company. Did not meet timeline that was set by the company, instead of the quoted 5 days for windows, doors, siding and gutters the project took over two weeks. They did a poor job putting in windows, I am having to have my own carpenter fix their mistakes since they refuse to do the job properly.
