I called in june 2019 to initiate a warranty claim. Our big Payne window has mold growing between the Payne's and there is water leaking into the home. They sent someone out july 20th to look at the window. Got a call back the following week telling me that they have to special order the replacement window and we set up install nov 7th. There sales agent Pablo verbally attacked me in my house. After asking 3 timet for the quote they promised he wouldn't stop what he was doing or give me the new estimate. Then he stole the previous estimate I had received from a different sales person and the information card with the direct phone number of the person who I had worked with at Sam's club. We have had an on going problem with this company since November 11,2019. They were to replace seven windows. They showed up but only had five, the other two were on back order. They did a good job of with the five no complaints. They said they would return in two weeks to install the two that were on back order. The day they were to install them they called to say the windows had arrived with broken frames. They rescheduled to come out two weeks later. Had all the windows replaced in our house and were happy at first with the install and price. The issue came with the first rainfall and dealing with the warranty dept. during the rainfall, water was seeping inside under the widow sill. This is a problem because there is an outlet directly under the window, which is very concerning for us. I placed a service call the next day and they sent someone over to inspect the window. One Star is too good for this company. This company makes agreements and doesnt keep them. If your looking for a dependable company look elsewhere. I was approached by a local salesperson inside Sam's Club. I would have a thought that Sam's recommendation for a company would be good. Our windows were installed in October, so now we've had time to give them a fair review. The sales process was long, but detailed. It could have been shortened. The measurement and installation were on schedule, as promised. The quality of the windows themselves seems to be good. On par with the competition. After the long explanation during the sales call of how good the windows are and the 7 layers of seal that they provide, I was surprised by the installation technique. Came to my home for a roofing estimate, sales pitch took nearly 90 minutes, then gave me a quote that was 350% as expensive as any competitor. Charged $200 to install per sheet of plywood when other roofers charge $60 per. Gave poor advice, suggesting that I can cover a flat section of roof appropriately with asphalt (because they don't install rubber shingled). Everything about Power HR was exactly as expected. They have a good reputation and they did nothing to tarnish that on our job. We had 13 windows replaced and it took about 6 hours. The installers were friendly and courteous and appeared very organized in the way they worked. Everything was clean and perfect when they left. The best thing I have noticed about the windows is how quiet everything is now. We hear no outside noise.
