I had extensive work done in my 50 year old house and was very satisfied with Power. All employees were very professional and kept me notified on all projects, i.e. Heat/Air repair, Radient Barrier, Gutter replacements, and a new patio window. I really appreciate their work and responses.

The crew did an excellent job on our windows and roof everything worked and looked just like they told us . The job was done very quickly beside bad cold weather and no issues to report.The job was completed on time.They May be a-little higher than other companies but great warranty and workmanship.

Power is a high sales pressure company. I feel like I was pressured to purchase windows, which had I had time to do my research, I would have found were WAY OVERPRICED. Marketwise, I paid at least 7 times more for windows than I would have paid a competitor. False promises of tax incentives were made. Work promised to be done was not done. And the final inspection of the second install (rear of the house) was never done. Like other customers have stated, once they got my money, they disappeared. I had 2 doors and 15 windows installed. The materials and workmanship are all good with no issues after a month and a couple substantial rainstorms. The price was reasonable after several iterations of being lowered; one complaint is that they pressure the buyer with discount prices "if you agree today." The only other - minor - complaint was that a handful of pieces of broken glass from the old windows escaped their cleanup sheets and landed in the lawn. They installed our new windows quickly came on time and were professional. We’ve had no issues with the new windows so we had them install new wider gutters, which they did. When we informed them that a section of gutter wasn’t draining correctly they came out and adjusted it. This company has been professional and reasonable cost-wise. I have no complaints about workmanship.

They were very Professional through the whole process... All the way from their Estimate/Demonstration Consultation to their Labor and Clean-up after the job was done. I would recommend them.

I just had my siding and gutter done by mid this month,but I think this is a worst experience ever had,the project manager never show up during the project,the estimate prices was not correct,they are definitely over charge me,they decided not to do my front door without noticed,mess my backyard,until today,the leftover materials are still in my yard with no one to take care it's, everything are totally different as what they said before the project,it is so true as someone said once they took the money from you, they will n... read more
