Had a great experience with my window install. Love the windows. All done when scheduled. They even came back in a week to replace a faulty handle in a sliding door and a wavy screen. Had new soffit and gutters done as second job like the product but cleanup was poor, granted it was snowing when they did this but they left nails, hangars, all over deck and yard Called to complain they said would send a crew to clean up Did not happen.

My wife and I like our new windows. They were installed on the set date. The installers were quick and the windows look real good. I'm pleased with the windows and the work.

Company seems to be more interested in making a one time customer than a repeat customer. Project managers do not follow up.

The initial meeting with Seth P****** was very informative but the presentation is VERY long. I think if you could shorten the time of the ‘sales pitch’ it would be much better! Seth was definitely knowledgeable and helpful and I felt I had a good grasp on what we were getting. We did end up getting a new roof, facia, trim and gutters which we really needed. they came to my home on time did am fantastic job replacing all my windows put in a brand new front door that closes so easy everything is air tight they also put in a brand new sliding door that works as smooth as silk they did a great job will have work done in the future

Professional. I wasn’t rushed to purchase and I have my lifetime warranty . The workers were polite and very thorough. Did my roof ,windows ,doors and attic. Tax write off also. They did work on my mom’s home before mine. We vouch for them . Highly recommended. Easy to work with .

Power came out in November to install complete siding on the house, new gutters, new window treatments, all support wood and downspouts. The house is 28 years old. The engineering quality and the installation are all excellently done. I have no complaints with the exterior work and believe it will last way longer than the original. The only issue I had was after they left. Within a week on MULTIPLE interior walls, we experience massive nail pops. Probably about 100 throughout the house. Had Power put on a new roof including new plywood. Workmanship was fantastic. Their amazing system allowed us to remove the attic fan. Crew was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Work was done 12/31/2019. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and very glad that we went with Power instead of someone else.

We had a good experience with Power. We have had work done over the years and plenty of experience with contractors. Power and it's representatives throughout the process were very professional, prompt and courteous. We got a very good price and great quality in our windows. Furthermore, we didn't pay anything up front and only paid after we inspected our windows after installation. We felt we received good value and good service for our money.
