Overall a great experience. The sales person and installer were both great; and the installation process was surprisingly quick for replacing our large front window! Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The Power team arrived early and went to work. They were careful about not getting broken glass everywhere when they removed our old windows. They would've had the entire job completed in one day, but had to return 2 weeks later to replace our last window which got misplaced and was not delivered with the rest of the Windows. Overall we were very pleased with the installation process and with the Windows themselves. Very sharp looking.

Outstanding professionalism, good pricing, and an all around excellent experience. The work was done quickly, but carefully and inspected before the workers left. Adjustments and one correction was performed apologetically, quickly, professionally. The site was cleaned up before a single worker left. Great teamwork and inspirational duty performance.

We purchased five windows and one bay window installed back in January. Great windows and great service. They were quick, clean, and friendly. We are very pleased with our new bay window and so glad to be rid of the old, single pane, steel framed windows that were there. The price was great as well.

We had a wonderful experience with Power Home Remodeling. The original visit by the salesman was pleasant, informative, at a decent time, and the sales person answered all of our questions. My parents had used PHR in Clarksville, TN so I had heard of them but had never asked my folks any details. Once I saw the product, and the process was explained, we knew we had made a good choice. No consideration for the consumer whatsoever first they show up and deliver the dumpster in the middle of the driveway blocking both ways of travel and the garage after I called several time then told them to either move the dumpster over 10 feet still in the driveway but out the way of normal traffic or cancel this whole thing. Very costly and I honestly don't notice ANY difference in the energy efficiency, OR the the affect it has on the temperature of the house. In fact, during the winter i noticed the area around my windows was colder than before. The parts of the house that were always warmer are no different.

we love our new windows and door. The craftsmanship is excellent and we could not be happier with the products. We are however just a little put off with the installers. We could have done without the cigarette buts they left out on our lawn where they had the saw set up. Other than that we were very happy. Glenn D****

It took them 4 months and 3 separate install dates to install 13 windows correctly. We got a 2% discount for our troubles. I should have shopped around.... Very disappointed.
