They were great from start to finish. Their sales pitch is long but that is what they do. They fix any problems that may arise (some issues in their manufacturing area) and are always courteous and polite. I will use them again when it’s time to do my roof.

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was first rate from the start. From the sales person, to the project engineer who came out later, to the installers, everyone was prompt, took care of business, answered questions and delivered exactly as promised. A crew of workers arrived right on time, asked a few necessary questions, and was respectful of our property and our convenience. A person showed up late one afternoon offering a free estimate on window replacement that would be good for one year. She was polite and respectful. We scheduled an appointment. The salesman called to let us know he was running a little late and arrived shortly after the scheduled time. He was very nice, polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the product but was never pushy. In fact he even told us some things to look for if we decided to go with a different company. We decided to purchase the windows. I am very satisfied with this company. They replaced all my windows and patio doors. The product itself has made my place warmer this winter. The workers were very neat and fast. And they followed up to make sure the installation was done right and that I was satisfied. I am

Have been pleasantly surprised. Windows and service are great. I was skeptical at first and that didn't scare them away. LOL!!!! Everything from beginning to end has been a positive surprise. I had several hiccups along the way that were not really their fault, but they fixed them and took care of me. We are still working on a small one, but they have been working in that in a positive manner as well. My windows have made a huge difference in the looks of my home as well as noise level. I first used power to have my roof replaced, good job but almost double the price of all other quotes. Upon completion of the roof we decided to replace our gutters. I made it very clear how important is was to make sure all nails were picked up since I have 2 dogs. The entire back yard was covered in nails. I called to alert them and was told they would send someone out the next day with a magnetic roller to pick up any nails that have been missed. They never showed, nor did they call me to explain.
