I had a great experience pretty much beginning to end, with the exception of the very very end. A quality specialist was sent to my house. First he checked the quality of work. All was good He then asked about future work we were thinking. I said "when we can, we'll finish the windows with the rate you guys offered us as long as that rate is still available a year or so for now." From the initial presentation to the roof installation itself, the process was very detailed, personable and professional. The product is a very good one. Is it among the more expensive? Yes. In fact, it was the highest estimate of the 3 estimates I got. But I felt Power's overall product was better.
I've had Power hurricane windows for several months and they've kept the Florida sun outside and the windows are cool to the touch. A screen was slightly damaged on install and went unnoticed but when I called a few days later someone arrived and replaced it without question. I also purchased their heat barrier and my air handler doesn't have to work as hard before. It would be nice if they installed directly instead of just replacing old windows.
Wonderful experience. The representatives were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as were the installers. The sales presentation was quite thorough and very interesting. I would recommend this company to everyone I k ow.

We had Power install new windows throughout our home in October. My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers and this was one of the few times we decided to pay the 'professionals'. Big mistake. Once they have your money the customer service is non-existent. From the windows that leaked when it rained less than a week after the initial install to the multiple appointments Power or their contractors failed to show up for this has, by far, been the worst home improvement experience we've ever had.
