Install went great like all of the new install reviews above and below mine. I do note that the reviewers remember all of the sales and install folks first names. Guess what? That will be the last you see of them. File a Warranty Claim and discover that it is a 12-14 month wait! I would like to know why they can still install new jobs and blame the Covid plandemic for my OVER 1 YEAR WAIT due to manufacturer issues. Daiton and the entire Power Home Remodeling has been unbelievably kind and professional throughout the entirety of our projects. We’ve had our roof, siding, gutters and doors done by Power and frankly, we’d go with them for any and all future projects. They’re knowledgeable and the best one stop shop that we’ve ever worked with. The work is top quality and unbelievably quick install— we’re always baffled by the speed and seamlessness that the projects get done with.

Had windows and a patio door installed today. The crew that came was very polite and professional. Any questions or concerns I had they addressed and even pointed out a few issues to the after job inspection person.
We had windows and a front door installed back in January of this year, and have had nothing but issues with the front door. It continuously hangs up and we can't get the door to lock or unlock, on top of that, you can see light coming from the outside and the threshold is not properly installed. I called for the second time today 5/2/22, to attempt to contact the Warranty Department, because I need someone to come back out ASAP. If you want your house done and your wife is home during the day while you’re at work I would choose somewhere else Their lead guy Wess came to my house when I was first home and then I had to go to work next thing I know months later I’m finding naked pictures of Wess on my wife’s phone I told you wess im not letting this go
Josh came out to give us an estimate because we had a crack in one of our windows. He was very professional, articulate, and the presentation showed us exactly what we would be getting with Power. He had a very sincere and genuine manner about him the entire time he was going over his suggestions for our home. We decided to move forward with 5 windows on the front of our house. We just moved in this beautiful home back in Nov 2021 and someone from POWERHRG knocked at our door. We knew we needed a remodeling on windows and coincidentally these guys were right at time. Don’ the sales person elaborated the product very efficiently and by looking at the features and beauty of the product, both me and my wife were able to decide that this is the right choice for us.
