Very happy with my new windows. Workers were neat and did a great job!
My experience was a good one. They were neat, clean, and security minded. Before entering a room they would ask for permission. They were efficient and worked well as a team together. Picked-up all the garbage when they were finished. Overall, we are happy with our new windows and door.
New gutters and trim look great. They were quick and easy to work with.
Absolutely blown away by the performance of these windows! Living in a suburb, there is a lot of white noise like lawn mowers and leaf blowers. I wasn't expecting windows would change that but it is so much quieter now. It was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. The difference in heat is amazing! Installation was fast, efficient, and thorough. The staff has been professional and friendly from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with.
From the start, our sales rep Jordan, was very professional, believed in the product, he was very thorough, and it was extremely pleasant to have a sales rep that we enjoyed interacting with. Ryan and Shane prepared us for the install both in person and over the phone so we knew what to expect. After living here for 23 years, I finally decided to get my windows replaced. My old windows you could literally feel the heat coming through them. Power Home Remodeling provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. It is so much more comfortable inside of my house now and something I wasn’t expecting was that I can no longer hear my neighbors air conditioner!
I had Power replace some windows in my home. It wasn’t a project I was excited about doing but it needed to be done. Justin met me outside and talked with me about the windows and then he set an appointment for Kyle to come and explain what the project was all about. Kyle was great he worked with me on making it affordable and showed me all about the quality of the windows. Chris came and measured. Tom and Chris were very helpful and very informative, explaining everything. The initial date had to be postponed due to delay. But communication would have been better via text. I found it very educational and appreciate the time they both spent helping me to consider my options. I would definitely recommend the crew: all polite! Great every step of the way!
We’re very happy with how our experience went with Power. The salesman Kyle, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things well. There’s something to be said about his training. Everyone we dealt with were punctual and professional. Overall, the roof looks great and we’d recommended the company.
