I had gutters installed on my home on May 5th 2022. The color matched with my existing trim very well and the installers did a very timely job. I am also having windows and patio door being installed on June 17th. The presentation about the job, products, and install was very informational. We met with power to do our roof and they were polite and courteous, we decided to use them and they did the whole thing and cleaned up in ONE DAY. would definitely recommend them.
The crew was experienced and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the install. The QC also stopped by to show me how to work my windows. Great experience. While the crew did clean up, there was a lot of debris missed in the yard and the stairs could have been wiped down.
I called Power to request a two month delay on the installation of my high impact windows. Gov. DeSantis just signed a bill authorizing a tax free holiday Jul 1,2022 - June 30,2024. This would be a big savings for me as I am a senior widow on a fixed income. They flat out refused. Very cold. When selling me the windows they were very kind and professional. Once sold and under contract it all changes.
Power is a very professional company, from start to finish. From the initial consultation I felt very confident that they were providing a quality product. This was proven with the actual installation of our windows, which went smoothly. The crew were courteous and efficient. We were even provided with a quality manager who came in person on site to answer any questions and make sure all work was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done to the exterior of their home.
Signed contract in July 2021 to install one slider and 13 windows. Install date was Dec 8 & 9. Received phone call on Dec 6 that windows were not in & they would have to reschedule but couldn't give me an ETA. Called middle of January with a new install date of Feb 17 & 18. Called us again on Feb 14th and had to push back a week. Finally came out Fb 24th and 25th and installed all but one window because apparently someone screwed up and the window was not ordered. Leigh was the remodeling consultant that came and gave us a very thorough presentation on what POWER is and what it represents. The customer service is PHENOMENAL and they will always go with the customers approval. She really gave us the pointers on what she thought was a red flag to get done which was our roof in our home. Have no regrets will definitely recommend to many friends and family. Our roof looks amazing and workers were very fast and did not bother our time of day for errands as to how quick they finished.
Really appreciated Dean coming way out to our home for an estimate. He was great. He explained everything very well and articulated the process to us both. We purchased windows.
Crew couldn’t have been nicer. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and my windows are great! A+
