we used power to install the windows in our home and everyone has been polite and courteous, the nice thing was they were upfront about price changes that they caught on the second measurement visit, they also were very neat and clean at the install. Some drywall needed to be touched up which they are coming back to do.
Excellent service! Everyone is polite, professional, and willing to answer any question that I had about my new windows. The installation crew even cleans up as they go! I would definitely recommend them for any project you have in mind.
Our experience with Power has been great from beginning to end. So great that we just ordered more windows! Every representive was professional and a pleasure to work with. Aside from the great customer service the product is amazing!
Overall process was painless, communicated well, showed up for appointments on time, financing options were attractive.
Tara was terrific. This was my second installation with Power so the sales women was very quick with her process. Made my life easy with her process.
Got some trim and gutters installed. Crew arrived on time as scheduled, materials dropped the day before, worked looked great and the clean up was done well. Overall would reccommend!
Excellent customer service. The estimate to the install everything turned out great. Good quality products and the crew did a great job at fixing a lot of the problems our home had going on under our siding.
We are currently "fighting" to have a defective window replaced and a cracked sill replaced. The representative has constantly ignored calls, repeated a "script" in response to questions and now we're told the window in question will be another 6 weeks or more due to the wrong size ordered. Of course Power isn't taking responsibility, they say they ordered according to the number we read off the window. What about the original order, shouldn't that have been the number used?
