We had a great experience with our window install. The knock on the door by Jacon was a right place, right time situation. Our salesman Alex did a great job explaining everything, and the crew finished off the experience with the install.

After the first 2 yrs, PHRG was a nightmare & heartache to deal with. The bad reviews just about sums it all up what we've gone through w/them. Our issues are w/their overpriced defective windows & how this company disrespects or humors us. They don't perform up to any kind of reputable honest standards. Found out about Power Home Remodeling at a local home and garden show. They asked if I'd thought about having radiant barrier installed. Radiant barrier had been on my mind so I scheduled an appointment. Our sales consultant explained the radiant barrier product, the installation procdess, and measured our attic. He also measured for and quoted window replacement (which we had also thought about doing). We purchased the radiant barrier, but only 4 replacement windows. Everyone from Power has been very professional, courteous, clean, and the finished product looks great. My sales rep, Nick, was never pushy, very polite, and explained thoroughly exactly what I would be getting, all of which was followed through by the rest of the team. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone looking to get a window project done.

Installers incorrectly scheduled window installation for a week after the agreed date. It was impossible to get in contact with a manager to confirm the installation - nobody answered the extension that I was given or transferred to by the customer service representatives. I was finally contacted after a customer service agent emailed the program manager department to call me back directly. My new front door was installed a month before it was scheduled, which made me very happy. Installers arrived on time and were very efficient and cleaned everything up. I am totally satisfied and pleased with the whole process.

I LOVE the power Company and would recommend them to everyone. They do wonderful work and all the people associated with the company from start of my job until the end were professional and the nicest people going. My Pit Minnie loved them all.
