This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service, communication, and follow up. We initially started with a simple window installation on the front of our home and the had multiple people from Power come out and take measurements to assure that the job would be done correct the first time. Well, upon installation day the tech comes out and says they have the wrong window sizes, due to incorrect measurements twice…. Crew was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Never came and no call. Arrived Wednesday morning did work but left a mess. Damaged screens, siding handrails, and walkways. Had to clean up after the crew and picked up more than a dozen nails. Been calling to solve these problems. No call backs, appointments are not kept. Had 3 appointments set up. No one came and no one called. I am left with damage that I need to be compensated for and the time I sat and waited for no shows.
Great workmanship. Courteous, professional, prompt. Cleaned up after work was completed.
