From my perspective, there appears to be a lack of understanding or capability in handling the commercial side of the business effectively. Unfortunately, communication has been very poor. Richard and Alise were fantastic. They went the extra mile to help us to find answers to our home. They answered our questions, arranged measuring visits and made sure we completed on time. They are genuine and honest members of the local community.
The Potter and Ford team have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me through lots of ups and downs. Elizabeth was my main contact and for her nothing was too big of an ask. I can’t thank Elizabeth and the team enough for everything they’ve done for me!
