End of March my Grandmother fell in her home and after a few weeks the hospital transferred her to Potomac Valley for rehab LITERALLY the only nursing home in Maryland who would take her as a new patient at the time). I understand that this is one of, if not the most, challenging times in health care, ESPECIALLY for nursing homes. My grandmother resided at PV for over a year and a half (until this month) and we have been very pleased with her personal care, and still believe that personal staff (aides, nurses, life enrichment staff) are doing their absolute best. This facility is a hidden gem within the Montgomery County area! The staff here is super compassionate and very attentive to the resident's needs. They take the time to get to know you and your family. This is the place you want to call home!!!
