My experience with Dr. Portillo spanned from 2019 to 2022. During that time, I expressed concerns about a referral he provided to an outside provider, but I did not receive follow-up communication addressing these concerns. I did not have a closing session with Dr. Portillo, and I did not receive additional referrals or resources at that time.
Dr Portillo continues to show exceptional knowledge, insight and understanding in providing medical advice and guidance to me in my mental health care and challenges. Dr. Chuck is a good doctor, he makes things easy to understand and give extra helpful advise. We just started, but I optimistic.
The 15 minute consult I had with Dr. Johnson was fantastic. She made clear recommendations, touched on her expertise, cost, the expertise of others in the practice and the clinic‘s preferred genetics laboratories, despite the fact that I spoke a lot!
