Horrible experience with communicating with patient experience representative especially Amanda. She has no customer service skills. I asked her one question over email and responds to me in a harsh way. I told her that it was too harsh and decided to forward this to her supervisor. Her supervisor wanted me to have my phone number to talk about her which is not the way to handle the situation.
