I had a painful and debilitating knee problem and Esra's expertise in creating a bespoke physio plan as well as acupuncture course was key in getting me mobile, pain free and back to exercising and enjoying life again. Ever since finding Esra 3 years ago, I have recommended her to friends and family and have continued to book in top up sessions with her any time I feel my knee needs strength work. High praise for Esra, hugely recommend.
