I arranged a 121 session with Gemma to find out more about meditation, ways to look after myself better and to overcome some health issues and manage stress better. It was worth every penny. Gemma had clearly done a great deal of research, had a plan prepared for the session, was really kind and thoughtful. I left our session feeling better already, and armed with so much information and advice. Gemma is really knowledgable and really knows her stuff. I can’t thank her enough.
