The lady on the phone at the west auckland branch rudest customer service person. Other businesses in west Auckland also complain regularly within our area. The tone of voice and the short responses are so uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much move on you literally can feel it through the phone.
Raised an inquiry after discovering that they supposedly made a delivery to my house a week ago. They then sent me a picture of someone else's front door and told me that the GPS coordinates confirmed that it was my house. I sent pictures of my front & back doors and the gate with my house number on it as well as a Google map image showing my house coordinates and asked them to send me their GPS coordinates. Irresponsible, unresponsive Lost my item and provided zero help. Will continue to find ways to get post haste to pay me back. Contact me if you have financial loss due to post haste.
Zero stars if I could. Poor communication. 2x times I have paid for door to door delivery and they will not come down the driveway yet all other delivery drivers and multiple residents use the driveway daily with no issue. For one delivery we had to go pick up from their depot which far from us and was the only option to get our delivery as they would not deliver - no refund for or apology for the inconvenience. I almost never give 1 star reviews, however I’m always disappointed when I see that my package is being delivered by posthaste. I’ve never dealt with a courier company that always fails to deliver packages on time. Every time I get a parcel through UPS from the states, it’s posthaste that delivers it unfortunately, I always get a txt message saying my parcel is out for delivery, but then it never arrives, the next day I get another txt saying it’s out for delivery and then I just hope it arrives, and if not it’s out for a th... read more
