Zero stars if I could. Poor communication. 2x times I have paid for door to door delivery and they will not come down the driveway yet all other delivery drivers and multiple residents use the driveway daily with no issue. For one delivery we had to go pick up from their depot which far from us and was the only option to get our delivery as they would not deliver - no refund for or apology for the inconvenience. I almost never give 1 star reviews, however I’m always disappointed when I see that my package is being delivered by posthaste. I’ve never dealt with a courier company that always fails to deliver packages on time. Every time I get a parcel through UPS from the states, it’s posthaste that delivers it unfortunately, I always get a txt message saying my parcel is out for delivery, but then it never arrives, the next day I get another txt saying it’s out for delivery and then I just hope it arrives, and if not it’s out for a th... read more
Do your drivers understand the word“fragile”? Huge orange sticker on the parcel with the word"fragile". The parcel was thrown onto my doorstep —loud enough to sound like something hit the porch.

Refuse to deliver to my POBox. So I suggested I will pick up my parcel from their branch. No response for days. Call the texted and phoned, not picking up my calls and not returning texts. After 2 weeks I dropped by their branch and picked up my parcel. No apologies whatsoever. Very disappointed with their service. Beware if your parcel ended with them. Suggest seller to use other courier service if you need parcel deliver to POBox.
