Don't use these guys. They claim your boxes are bigger than it is just to charge you more. I send more than 50 packages a month and will not recommend them to anyone.
Even though i have a tag for dropping off my parcels use to be taken back too the depot when ive instructed them too leave at this tag....scan in and done.... abit of mucking around
I ordered something which was couriered to me last Friday. The location it was sent from is only about 2 hours away, but it has still not arrived (Tuesday). The sender checked this out for me and has just informed me that it won't be delivered today, and you cannot provide an ETA as apparently you are "short staffed." It was suggested that I pick the parcel up from your depot, but I paid for shipping and it is a 26km round trip, so no, I won't be doing that. Terrible took a week from christchurch to Ashburton. Wouldn't walk 50 meters from coded BARRIER POLE ( Not a gate or fence )to reception of which is easy access . After chasing it up parcel finally arrived
