I spoke to a woman at the Tauranga branch this morning about a parcel delivery. She clearly does not belong in customer service as she was arrogant and disrespectful and dismissive. Companies that put people in a customer service roles need to be mindful that these employees are your interface to the public who ultimately determine your success or demise. I will be contacting my supplier and urging him to switch to a different freight company today, as Post Haste has lost my confidence.
Waiting almost a week for overnight delivery service!
Can’t even open the website because my browser doesn’t allow me to open unpadlocked unsecure websites. But still awaiting delivery from wishbone pet food . Seems like it’s still waiting to be picked up from them . 5 days so far ?
