Parcel was left at the wrong address. The courier driver didn't check if he had the right address and left my parcel at my neighbor's front door. It took 2 phone calls to Post Haste with no apology from customer service when I confirmed I had found my parcel.
Service was exceptional in solving our problem with an incorrectly addressed parcel
