Two stars only bcause Aramex is worse. We had a delivery on Wednesday when it was raining. Courier got out of car and left you were out card. No toot or anything. We were home. Rang company who said they would re-deliver. Went through QR process, got to end, no ability to re-deliver in Taupo. Finally discovered package was waiting for collection. No advice, no address on card. Person on phone said drivers do not need to go through gates but are supposed to toot.The card is generic to the whole of NZ and is accordingly useles... read more
