Delivery yesterday completed only because I went to the door when the driver tooted his horn, he was already starting to pull out of the driveway. Are your drivers not allowed to get out of the van and knock on the door? I pay for courier delivery, is it wrong to expect that service? Given the choice would not use this company.

Driver allegedly attempted a delivery. But I was home all day. No knock, no card to call. Reception not answering phone during advertised open hours; had been ringing for 7 minutes. No answer phone service to leave a message.
