I don't know why this branch was voted branch of the year, because the customer service team, are throughly useless. No communication between themselves, no one seems to know pick up policies, incorrect communication with their drivers. And endless excuses.

Had a package sent out from northshore, 4 days later and it still hasn't arrived in the CBD, how can it take 4 days to travel less than 50km Really not acceptable

I placed an order with Under Armour on 23 July and was provided with a tracking number through Post Haste Couriers. On 3 August, I checked the tracking to see where my package was and was surprised to find that it had been marked as delivered on 27 July, an entire week earlier. As I had never received it, I immediately contacted both Post Haste and Under Armour to find out where it had been delivered. I have been waiting for my package from this company, they have said my item was delivered, however it has not been delivered. Customer service is also not helpful, wouldn't use them again.

These fellas are shockers. Can't deliver packages to the right address and take eternities to remedy the situation. 0/10 would no recommend. Boo.
