Worst delivery man ever in Silverdale area. It seems like the Post Haste office does not care the customer service at all. How can this man work like this? Do you follow any manual?

Lazy driver can't do there job properly can't read the instructions left by buyers don't use them until they have drivers who can read instructions . They stuck my parcel forcefuly in my latter box littlerly cut my finger taking my parcel out from latter box I mentioned in delivery instructions please leave my parcel at front door but .there drivers can't read instructions at all Talking about Bayview area driver ( Glendhu road Bayview)0629

Pretty poor, came home found a parcel at my door, it had stickers all over it saying same day run and it was meant to be signed for, which I didn't do and it was the wrong address. I rang, was told someone will pick it up, it didn't happen. Rang the next morning told them exactly what I'd said in my first conversation, was told someone will collect it from the address I provided. It's not good, this could be medication for someone. I've now email, let's see what happens.

Do not use these guys for your courier service. I have been dealing with them for years and the service is not up to scratch. Too many times that they didn't come and collect the parcel even if you made bookings. Sometimes over conseutive days which was really frustrating. The customer service person also has no intention to solve the problem. AVOID AT ALL COST!
