Consistently the worst service I've received from a courier. Lost 3 separate parcels within 2 weeks. Currently they've been holding a parcel for close to a month with no form of contact or whereabouts of how to get it back and no response from email.
I (in Albany/Browns bay) never see a company performance up and down like this one, sometimes good but this time they are legging again....My parcel was support to be delivered a day before, but when I called the service, the lady told me their driver will do it today....and I know, you know, they won't because today's Saturday...If a courier company doesn't see delivery on/in time was their duty why they are still in the business???? Had a parcel dispatched from Christchurch on 29 Dec. On board with driver in Auckland 31 Dec. Didn’t get delivered - thought this was OK given the time of year. Call up on 5 Jan to hear the driver ran out of time on 31 Dec - fair enough - but then forgot to put the parcel in for 5 Jan and now has to deliver it tomorrow?? 100% not good enough and precisely no apology or responsible explanation. Posthaste have always been crap so no real surprise.
Had a urgent air freight overnight and called to make sure they were going to pick up - had 9 other parcels waiting from the morning for pickup too. They confirmed they would pickup by end of business day and then picked it up tomorrow morning making the overnight air freight absolutely irrelevant. If they had called and told us that they couldn’t pick it up end of business that day we could of brought it into a depot but radio silence and $30 wasted. Appaling
One of the most terrible courier service, need 5 days to delivery a same city parcel, must be a proudly NZ owned company coz even third world countries can do better than this. This company must have some strong background to have lots of online shopping website contract.
