They do not get a signature when delivering goods even when you pay extra for it. They will leave it on your door step. This driver has been complained about before doing it but doesn’t care, even swore at me last time when I asked if he was going to get my signature.

I am absolutely horrified at the Post Haste driver who very dangerously went through the traffic lights (on green for us to cross, buzzer was on, and as we waited to step out and go through on our bikes) outside the Moturoa Pharmacy today Friday 21st March at 3:25pm. He had no consideration or regard for our safety, as he sped through in front of us, ignoring the lights. My husband and I were just about to cross but both of us hesitated thank goodness. Drivers throw fragile parcels then proceed to take a shit attitude when caught on ring door cam, when they come back take a attitude and verbally abuse. Then few weeks later abuse and give gestures from their company vehicles. Management couldn't of cared less and not even the decency to call and let them know the outcomes. Trespassed, police called and theyl be held accountable. Shocking service, avoid
