Had a parcel sent to NP from AKL. It had to be signed for, because of obvious reason, people have sticky fingers and seem to not be able to put down what isn’t theirs! delivery driver, came to deliver the parcel while no one was home, electric gate was shut, he took it upon himself to sign for the parcel, and then left the parcel by the gate 😳…. Scanned parcel but didnt pick it up paid on website but now im a have to use a different carrier I dont trusts the new plymouth contractor very suspect wont be using posthaste or pass the parcel un trust worthy and poor services lately

Very disappointed with their service. Had a parcel sitting in Taranaki at their depot since Tuesday, and with their courier since Wednesday. It is Friday evening at the time of writing and I still don't have my parcel, despite calling them multiple times, telling them I need it urgently, and receiving empty promises of "it will definitely arrive today." If you think I'm overreacting, read their Trustpilot reviews. Don't use this company.

Slow and useless ❌❌❌🛑🛑🛑 1 week and still no update as to when my parcel will arrive. Got told the courier will make sure it’s dropped off on the 24th and 4 days later still don’t have it and no reply.
