Snail service, multiple days to send an item from one side of town to the other. Had items arrive faster from the south to north island quicker with most other courier services.
Post haste is good, it took a few days to get to us but we got it before Christmas..thank you
I had a very expensive parcel delivered to the wrong address, not sure who was to blame but the entire ordeal was extremely stressful it was even labeled my correct address on the sticker. In the end I luckily got it back which I’m really grateful for!
Please note that the address given on Google maps is incorrect. Since 1st September 2025 they have moved to 88 Katere Road.
