Horrified by the service from this company. Parcels are checked in for delivery multiple days in a row and driven around aimlessly by drivers, never dropped off. Have to chase the office to get them to ask drivers to deliver parcels that arrive to the depot three days prior. My latest Parcel has been checked in for two days now and it’s now a long weekend. Would never use voluntarily.
Great service and people to deal with. My parcel got lost due to customs, and they helped find it and let me know when it was due for delivery. Great office staff.
I knew a parcel was on route to me and phoned Post Haste Nelson to ask them to hold it untiI I returned from holiday as there was no safe or dry place to leave it. I was reassured by the lady who took the phone call that it would not be delivered until I was back. (I offered to collect it but was told they'd be happy to deliver.) None of the above promises were kept. The parcel, which was supposed to have a signature, was left outside my front door, which has no shelter, in full view from a nearby road.
