I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Post Haste has been nothing short of appalling. My parcel was delayed without explanation, tracking updates were vague or nonexistent, and customer service was practically unreachable. Was woken up at 6:45am to someone beating on my door twice. Not one light was on in the hous.

Wed 7th June - St Andrews, Hamilton They couldn't be bothered walking an extra few metres to deliver to front door. They just dropped the parcel over the fence close to the gate in some shrubs with the parcel exposed to the bad weather. Definitely would not recommend Poste Haste Couriers if this is how parcels are handled.

Ordered 4 x tyres online and realized only once they were sent by the store that I had entered an incorrect address (they would have gone to a neighbor down the road). Called the Hamilton depot the next day, people were very friendly and happy to intercept the 'parcels' and gave me the option to pick up or redirect. Easy to deal with and everything was straight fw. Thanks!
