Twice now post haste drivers have unlocked my locked gate and then not locked it when they leave. This puts the safety of my home at risk. It places the parcels that are left at risk and is not service let alone good service.
I have been using Post Haste Couriers with pass the parcel. Hassle free taking in parcels already packaged using their courier bags. Items seem to reach there destination very quickly also. Great service
Slow. Unprofessional. Worst couriers out of the lot
They didn't deliver my parcel and left me a card on Monday asking me to book re-delivery. Upon calling them they said it will be delivered Tuesday. Nothing until Wednesday when I called them back, which they said will be delivered on Thursday. Nothing until Friday evening, when I called them they informed and told me the parcel wasn't even with the delivery driver but sitting at the depot. Driver wouldn't drop off package without a signature because I couldn't prove I was 18 what stupid policy literally over a drink bottle and then they left it at the gate two days later without needing a signature Poste Haste doing the most
