Opted for 2day service Chch-Hamilton for a package I needed 6 days later. Their confirmation/tracking email said they were "experiencing delays". After 5 days (2 being weekend) their tracking app said it had only been picked up by a courier! I called the Chch branch they didn't know where it was but "thought" it was "probably in transit"! I heard nothing for another 18hrs when the Hamilton Branch called and said it was at their depot, available for pickup.
Worst service in NZ. I had to take a day off to wait for a package that never arrived on the agreed date, and they provided absolutely no updates.
Was supposed to be signature required courier but the item was left on my doorstep and signed by a fake me aka the courier driver.
My son's parcel was delivered to 543 not 543A. He has a parcel coming tomorrow and i expect it to arrive at the proper address. We share the same driveway as 545
