Package is more than 17 day's late, I called 3 times, their own staff failed to contact their drivers. I Ordered a package that was supposed to arrive on 29th May. It is now 15th June. The package came from China to NZ in 3 days, made it to the Manakau Branch in 1 day, and has now been sitting there for 17 days. I am yet to receive the package and have lost hope at this point. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. There was no email or text notification to let me know my order was out for delivery today. The driver came, knocked, left a card, and walked away without attempting to contact me. People do not stand at their front door all day waiting for a delivery. Customers rely on delivery notifications to know when their parcel is on the way so they can be available to receive it.
