These guys deliver on behalf of UPS. The UPS app was showing that my parcel from the UK was undelivered / missing and that I needed to file a claim. After spending nearly an hour on the phone trying to find out who delivers for UPS (turns out there's 2 different companies who do) I drove down to the Post Haste depot to find out why my parcel was missing, but it turned out it had been sitting in their office for nearly a week, but they hadn't bothered to text, email or even leave a card in my mailbox to let me know. Package dumped on the path and driver falsified signature as clearly he couldn't be bothered to go to the door and as required have one of us sign for our parcel.

I live on one of the most significant roads in South Dunedin. My number is on the door, which opens directly on to that road. My place is exactly where you would look for it, armed with the number and street. It's on Google maps. These people could not find it. I took up their invitation to collect my item. They could not find it. I gave them precise instructions on how to find my house. Two days later, no response. I went back - they say they were about to give my instructions to the driver. Best way to courier anything! They provide your bags free and you just pay postage. The website makes it so easy to post and track your orders, see your history or order more bags. Sending made simple, love it and can highly recommend.
