They were unable to deliver my parcel, so I had to go & pick it up myself from their depot. They said that they were short on drivers.

“Picked up by courier” (2pm) thought that ment it was on its way. “On board” (4pm the next day) then I thought that ment it was on its way. It took 3 days for a package to go from Dunedin to Dunedin. The unclear website is my biggest bother.
