The courier driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address.. I tripled checked my address was correct and they still delivered it wrong. Looks like I’m not getting it back, haven’t heard from anyone all day. Was left with a photo that was it. Would not recommend this company.
Delivered outside of courier business hours 8am-6pm. Signed by courier 311 on behalf of myself for alcohol. Also when asked after knocking on my door at 6.35pm who it was as it was already dark and I was concerned this courier did not announce who he was. ***4/7/2026 continues to happen. Please rectify this with courier 311. I have always been home when this alcohol is delivered so why is the courier 311 not getting my signature and why is he leaving alcohol outside my door in the evenings?
