I’m extremely frustrated with the consistently poor service from Post Haste. The delivery driver never rings the doorbell and simply leaves a “card to call” without even attempting proper delivery. This has happened multiple times, making it very difficult to receive parcels on time or ensure they are left somewhere safe. On top of that, their customer service is extremely disappointing and unhelpful when trying to resolve these issues. Courier companies only have to do two things - pick up and deliver parcels and Post Haste seems incapable of doing either. Our local Post Haste Driver fails to pick up scheduled parcels on a regular basis. When people are home he always writes ‘you weren’t home cards’ and dumps the parcels off at the local distribution centre. 4 times this year already and its only March. Package was on a 2 day delivery, it's day 4 and still no item. Called and was told on the Friday, that I would have it before 10am on the Saturday well that time has come and gone and still no package and nothing when trying to track. Not helpful with no one to call on the weekend when product was need for the weekend ... thanks so much Update to response from Poste Haste. How can you resolve something that has been and gone! It's Monday product was meant to be delivered on the Saturday!!
