They still lie about delivery times. They tell you it is delivered, and they have only just handed it off to the nz post, who may deliver it in two more days, assuming it fits in your post box
Not a trusted courier service. Did not deliver to door as all other couriers. Our house is down a driveway but going to us ensures the package gets to us. No knock on the door, no direct contact. Instead they just put our package in the mailbox which got stolen, it wasn’t even there for long as I checked as soon as I got the “delivered” update.
Shipping times are wrong. Tracking is referred to as "in transit" not exactly Tracking at all. Sort it out ae
We have a dog. Everytime Post Haste delivers to my home, the courier does not latch the gate when they leave.
